As part of the Ottawa PoutineFest, which will run from April 30 to May 3, 2020, more than 30 poutine suppliers will gather outside Ottawa City Hall to offer you their different varieties of poutines. Poutine is a Canadian dish made with French fries, cheese curds and brown sauce. Food trucks from the various suppliers and restaurants will amaze you by offering not only the classic poutine, but also reinvented poutines with ingredients such as cauliflower combined with ranch sauce, macaroni and cheese, eggs, Mexican-style beef, chicken combined with barbecue sauce and much more!
